Commercial Decorating
Commercial decorating around your opening hours
Commercial work is judged on two things: the finish, and how little you noticed it happening. A shop that cannot trade or an office that cannot be used is costing money, so the schedule matters as much as the paintwork.
We work evenings, weekends and shutdown periods where that suits you better, and we phase larger jobs floor by floor or room by room so you keep operating. Areas are sheeted and screened off, walkways stay clear, and everything is made safe and tidy before we leave each night rather than left mid-job.
Who we work for
Landlords and letting agents
Void periods are expensive. For rental property we work to a fixed price and a fixed number of days so you can book the next tenancy with some confidence. Hard-wearing scrubbable finishes in hallways and kitchens, neutral schemes that photograph well for listings, and a straight answer about whether a room genuinely needs a full repaint or just a touch-up.
Shopfronts and signage surrounds
Exterior commercial work gets the same treatment as any other exterior job: proper preparation, the right system for the substrate, and finished in a weather window that lets it cure. Heritage colours on a traditional shopfront, or a clean modern finish on a unit — either way it needs to still look sharp after a couple of winters on a main road.
